How to request a transcript/records request:
Records Request forms for student transfers can be emailed directly to AMY.GAYMAN@MATSUK12.US
Official Transcripts are free when requesting directly from Valley Pathways.
Please email the VPS Registrar, Amy Gayman, AMY.GAYMAN@MATSUK12.US with:
- your full name during high school,
- year of graduation or attendance,
- to whom to send the transcript (employer, educational or vocational institutions) with appropriate address and contact information.
